It begins with a single house with 5 rooms but as our guest increased we extended into 10 rooms but over the years our guest keep knocking at our door hence we decided to built more rooms along house side by side and the earlier 10 rooms were instead converted into a dining room giving more space to relax where meals are served 3 times a day with unlimited hot drinks. The long houses are built on stilts overlooking the turquoise waters of the Celebes Sea with a splendid sun set view. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom with 3 types selections either fan, Air-conditioned and VIp room. Electricity runs from 6pm to 6am, like in most places on the island.

Mabul Island ScubaJeff

TEN metres under the crystal clear waters of Mabul Island in Sipadan, Sabah, five divers swim slowly by the coral reef. As they approach a rocky part, leader Zaidi Burok or Scuba Jeff, gives a signal to look at a spot between two rocks.
The divers move closer with their underwater cameras, strobe lights in hand, ready to snap pictures of tiny colourful sea life called nudibranch, one of the thousands of inhabitants of the reef.

Ten minutes later after several successful snaps, they move to another spot nearby. It’s the lair of eels. A curious eel emerges from a hole, and the divers snap away.

The 37-year-old owner of ScubaJeff Sipadan (www.scubajeffsipadan.com) budget chalets and dive tour in Mabul Island has been photographing undersea habitats for 10 years. He says his heart belongs here, at the reefs, ever since he took his first dive at Mabul years ago.

Warna Inn Budget Chalet

From Jetty Mersing to Kpg Tekek Tioman Island will take about 1 hours using Ferry. Tekek is the capital village of Pulau Tioman, located along a 3km coastal stretch at the island's central west. Essentially a town, there is much urban infrastructure, including retail shops, bank, highway, airport, marina and jetty complex. While lacking the rural charm, coral reefs and verdant greenery of smaller villages, Tekek is still popular among visitors for its wealth of tourist conveniences, modern facilities and duty-free goods. A cluster of hotels lies along the southern beach stretch, providing mostly budget accommodation in chalets. The marine park is the only snorkeling ground here, but there is a major beach area at the resort stretch.

From Tekek Jetty to the Warna Inn will take about 5 minutes long. With the seaview chalet it might be the beautiful view from your chalet. Beside of the chalet are the diving centre and also have warna in restaurant. 

In the night, you may visit the villages and also there is more shop you will see.
